Born in San Francisco, raised in Marin County, Dan is a second-generation real estate professional. As a child, Dan sat next to his father during lunch meetings and so his interest in real estate was ignited.

After college, Dan traveled the world, landing in Kauai for six years and working in construction and, of course, surfing. After returning to the mainland, he joined the electrical union and graduated from a five-year apprenticeship.

In 2000, Dan immediately opened his own custom electrical construction business in San Francisco and Marin County. In 2005, he relocated with his family to Incline Village. His business focus was custom, high-end residential, and small to medium-sized commercial tenant improvements.

Dan was a competitive Amateur National Mountain Bike Downhill Champion winning this title back to back during the 2005 & 2006 seasons. In addition to mountain biking, he enjoys snowboarding, surfing, camping, fishing, paddle boarding, and water skiing.
